COLLECTING AND USING DATA

Notem Studio collects your data when you actively enter your information on www.notem-studio.com. This occurs when you order products and when you sign up for our newsletter. The data we collect could be your name, your email address, phone number, home address and other identifying information. Your purchase history and navigation on our website will also be stored. Personal data information will be collected and used for these purposes:

  • Placing an order in our webshop
  • Subscribing to our newsletter
  • Sending you marketing material for eg. events and discounts

By entering your information and subscribing for our newsletter you give Notem Studio your consent to gather and process your personal data in order to send you our newsletter. Only Notem studio has access to your information and you can always withdraw your consent

What do we do with your information?

  • Personal Information that you choose to share with us when you register for an account, subscribe to emails, newsletters and alerts and which you provide to us when using our services, including information entered into our booking platform and included in your comments, reviews or survey responses. In the course of making a booking or submitting reviews, you might voluntarily provide us with sensitive personal data if relevant to the service that you are requesting or reviewing.
  • Where you are utilising our online payment facility, we may store (via ourselves or our appointed payment processor) your credit and debit card details on a secure encrypted basis.

So, whilst we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Platform. Any transmission is at your own risk. MEDIA AND USER GENERATED CONTENT

Some of our Platforms allow users to submit their own content. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted through our website platform Shopify which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
